Past Resident's Verification

Due to the large amount of requests and the resultant research to obtain the files, we will be applying a service charge of $50.00 per verification for residents/fellows who have graduated from our program for more than 3 years. This fee will be in effect as of July 1, 2009.

All requests should be accompanied with a check, made payable to NYU Langone Medical Center, Department of Anesthesiology and forwarded to:
